Product Guarantee

BiON products are guaranteed against manufacturing defect for a period of up to six months following shipping. 

Products are guaranteed to perform the function stated.  For example, acne products are guaranteed to control acne, when used twice daily for a period of 4 weeks.  If the BiON products fail to perform this function, the customer may return the products to the skin care professional for a refund of the purchase price and the skin care professional may return the products to BiON for a refund of the purchase price.
